Complaints Procedure

We kindly ask you to report any complaints by first sending us an email to or by filling out the contact form below. If this does not lead to a satisfying solution, you are able to report your complaint to Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of the 15th of February 2016 consumers within the EU can also report their complaints via the ODR platform of the European Committee. You can find this platform via If your complaint is not reported to another institution yet, you are free to report it on the platform of the European Union.
