Complaints Procedure

We kindly ask you to report any complaints by first sending us an email to info@abigailwoods.nl or by filling out the contact form below. If this does not lead to a satisfying solution, you are able to report your complaint to Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of the 15^th of February 2016 consumers within the EU can also report their complaints via the ODR platform of the European Committee. You can find this platform via http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not reported to another institution yet, you are free to report it on the platform of the European Union.
